Attorney William M. White, Jr. was admitted to practice
law in the courts of Massachusetts in 1985. He was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
District of Massachusetts in 1986.
Attorney White worked as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County prosecuting
misdemeanors and felonies until 1987. He then worked as an assistant attorney general prosecuting major narcotics cases.
In 1989, Attorney White entered private practice where he quickly earned a reputation as a serious criminal defense
practitioner. Attorney White defended all types of felonies and misdemeanors, defending his first high profile murder
case in 1990.
Since then, Attorney White has defended all types of criminal cases in both federal and state
courts with great success, including multiple acquittals in murder trials, acquittals in firearms cases, rape cases, drunk-driving
cases and more.
While building a successful criminal defense practice, Attorney White was also working to help
individuals, families and businesses in their efforts to obtain visas and to immigrate to the United States. Attorney
White has steadily built his immigration practice and is proud of the successes he has had for his many satisfied clients.
